Who handles your enquiry
Axentra Aviation is an Axentra International LLP company. For questions about the information you provide, email mail@axentraaviation.com.
Information you choose to provide
The charter form requests your name, email address, telephone number, proposed route, travel date, number of guests, aircraft preference, and any additional requests. Please do not include payment details, passport copies, or other sensitive information.
How the information is used
Enquiry details are used to review your travel request, respond to you, and discuss suitable charter options. Live enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 and forwarded through FormSubmit to mail@axentraaviation.com. Email notification may be delayed if the email service is unavailable or awaiting activation; the database record is retained.
Protecting the form
The service uses validation, a spam-detection field, request limits, and a pseudonymous network fingerprint to reduce abuse. It does not publish a directory of enquiries. Local development previews store enquiries locally and do not send email.
Your choices
You can contact mail@axentraaviation.com to ask about access, correction, or removal of your enquiry. Information may need to be retained to handle a request or applicable business obligations. Telephone and WhatsApp links open those services on your device; their own privacy practices apply.
